Finding the right supports often raises a lot of questions. Here are answers to some common questions about NDIS services, how support works, and what to expect when getting started.
What support can Turner Healthcare provide if I have complex medical needs?
We can assist with personal care and clinical supports like wound care, catheter management, medication administration, PEG feeding, tracheostomy support, and chronic condition monitoring. A Registered Nurse oversees all complex care to make sure it's delivered safely and in line with best practice.
How flexible are your support hours?
We offer flexible support depending on your needs — including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and ongoing daily routines.
We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and health requirements.
What’s involved in setting up services with Turner Healthcare?
Once you contact us, we’ll arrange a conversation to understand your needs and goals. If you decide we're a good fit for your needs, we’ll work with you (and your support coordinator if you have one) to build a support plan that suits you. There’s no complicated paperwork — we guide you through each step.
