Can you help with setting up a daily routine that works for me?
Yes. We can help you shape a daily routine that fits your energy levels, needs, and preferences — whether that’s getting up and ready in the morning, planning meals, or winding down in the evening. We’ll work with you and your family to find a rhythm that feels manageable and makes everyday life smoother.
Is there always a set list of tasks during a support shift?
Not at all. We’ll start with what you know you need — but if something comes up on the day, we can adjust. Whether that’s changing bedsheets, picking up groceries, or helping with a last-minute clean-up, support is flexible. We’re here to help with what matters to you in the moment.
Will I have the same support worker regularly?
We aim for consistency wherever possible, because we know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person supporting you. Having someone who knows your routine, understands your preferences, and doesn’t need things explained every time makes a big difference — and we try hard to make that happen.
