What nursing services do you provide through the NDIS?
We offer a range of community nursing services, including wound care, catheter care, PEG feeding management, medication administration, injections, health monitoring, and chronic disease support. Our goal is to deliver skilled clinical care in the comfort of your home.
Who provides the nursing care?
All nursing services are provided or overseen by a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience across hospital, aged care, disability, and community settings. You’ll receive support that is clinically sound, safe, and based on real medical knowledge.
Can you help with wound care and healing management?
Yes. We can assess wounds, apply appropriate dressings, monitor healing, and adjust care plans as needed. We work closely with you, your family and your other healthcare providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What if I have complex medical needs?
That’s exactly where we can help. We support participants with complex medical needs every day — including PEG feeding, catheter and bowel management, and severe dysphagia. Services are led by experienced nursing staff who understand the risks and know how to deliver care safely, calmly, and with the consistency you need.
We take the time to understand your health needs properly — so you don’t have to keep explaining them over and over again.
